Eligibility
  • Must be currently insured and have coverage for the medication seeking financial assistance
  • Have a confirmed diagnosis and treatment plan
  • Must live and receive treatment in the United States
  • Income must fall at or below 400% or 500% of the Federal Poverty Guideline

8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday (Eastern Time)
Application process
Registration required before application. Complete an online registration or by calling (866) 512-3861 and asking to speak with a Co-Pay Relief Specialist. Program Specialists are available to personally guide you through the application and enrollment process.

Prescription assistance services that help people to access prescription drugs at lower out-of-pocket cost. MORE INFORMATION The Co-Pay Relief Program provides direct financial assistance to qualified insured patients to help pay for prescriptions and/or treatments. This program is donor-funded and money is dispensed when funds are available.
