Eligibility
Adults who are:
- Experiencing homelessness or in unstable housing (late on rent, in supportive or transitional housing)
- Have a verifiable job offer or have started a new job in the last two months
- Working at least 25 hours a week

Application process
If you feel that you are eligible, call to do a short intake over the phone.
Upon approval and verification of your job we will schedule an in-person meeting with you at the St. Paul office located near the intersection of University and Snelling Ave.
