Home safety programs provide education, information or consultation about physical risks in your residence and how to eliminate them to promote health and well-being MORE INFORMATION The Home Visitor Program is a service that allows a trained Home Visitor to meet older adults 60+ in their homes, assess overall well-being, risk factors and safety concerns.

• The Home Visitor will educate older adults on resources, identify support networks and assist with paperwork.

The Supportive In-Home Technology Program provides assistance to ensure that seniors can manage daily tasks, stay connected to their caregivers, and have access to emergency help when needed.

• May include medical alerts, medication box reminders, home monitoring, and smart devices.
