MORE INFORMATION The Aging Resource Coordinator provides assistance to individuals who are in need of services. The Coordinator is available to do home visits, meet with clubs or organizations, and do consultation by telephone or email.

  • Performs community outreach
  • Facilitates area senior resource fairs
  • Coordinates Medicare informational sessions
  • Promotes advanced planning, such as Health Care Directives and Power of Attorney
  • Provides support in finding housing resource options
