Eligibility
All participants must be an enrolled member of any tribe aged 60 or over, living within the Lower Sioux Indian Health Service (IHS) service area.
Eligibility also includes:
- The spouse, or significant other; residing in the home, aged 60 or over, of an eligible participant.
- Individual with a disability in the same household of the eligible participant who accompanies the participant to the congregate meal site
- Non-elderly disabled American Indian, Alaska Native, or Native Hawaiians who reside in tribal housing facilities identified as being primarily occupied by elders where congregate nutrition services are provided
- Volunteers who provide assistance during the meal hour to the program

To reserve a meal, please call a day prior to the meal (507) 697-8016 for meal delivery or if you are dining at the Jackpot.
