Program provides training or work experience to individuals with disabilities or impairing health conditions to help them find a job and become economically independent MORE INFORMATION With the right kind of training, preparation and workplace accommodations, people with disabilities can have rewarding careers. If you have a disability that makes it hard for you to get and keep a job, you may be eligible for a variety of counseling, training, job skills and job placement services. Services vary according to individual needs. The staff work with you to determine which are most appropriate for you. Then you and your counselor develop a plan to help you reach your goals.
