Bins are located in the basement of Ramp B and can be accessed during open hours only. Requires a one-page intake form to receive a bin. Identification is encouraged but not required to sign up.

The Downtown Community Storage Program offers one free storage container for personal belongings. Bins can be used by people experiencing homelessness in the Minneapolis area to safely store personal belongings at a locked site. Bins can be stored as long as needed. Users must check in by phone or in person every 14 days.
