Eligibility is based on income and household size. Funds are available for renters and homeowners. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: Program serves Goodhue, Olmsted, Rice, and Wabasha counties and Prairie Island Indian Community

8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Friday
Application process
Complete the online application for both Energy Assistance and Weatherization Assistance. Or download and print an application, and mail it to your local service provider: Applications can also be picked up from your local service provider, or Minnesota residents can obtain an application and more information by calling (800) 657-3710 or email: [email protected]
