Call the program office with appointment details. A lead time of one week is needed for this service and a home visit by St. Anthony Park Area Seniors staff is required.

There is no charge for this service. Donations are requested, but not required.

Serves all of zip code 55114 and parts of 55108. Service area includes St. Anthony Park neighborhoods in St. Paul and Falcon Heights west of Cleveland Avenue and all of Lauderdale.
