Age: 60+ Serves all of zip code 55114 and parts of 55108. Please see the Service Area Map Service area includes St. Anthony Park neighborhoods in St. Paul and Falcon Heights west of Cleveland Avenue and all of Lauderdale. No rides provided to seniors living in a nursing home.

Application process

Call the program office with appointment details. A lead time of one week is needed for this service and a home visit by St. Anthony Park Area Seniors staff is required.

Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Rides are provided to seniors in the program area to health appointments, grocery shopping and library by volunteers depending on their availability.
