Description
Offers opportunities for people with disabilities to socialize and participate in activities MORE INFORMATION Programs for children and teens with disabilities include after school, release day, and summer programs. * After-school Adventure programs include: Life skills, social skills and themed days of the week. * Full-day Adventure programming is available during school release days (like winter break, spring break) and occasional Saturdays. * Summer Adventure is a 10-week program that runs Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm. Activities include: Museums, History Center, nature centers, and on-site programming. Destination Anywhere offers a welcoming space to build life skills, strengthen social connections, and enjoy meaningful outings in the community. Held two Saturdays each month, it is a full-day therapeutic recreation program designed for adults 18 and older who can safely participate in a group setting with a 1:3 staff ratio.
