- Provides a full menu of on-site services to nursing facilities, group homes, Head Start centers, schools and assisted living
- Mobile sites are coordinated out of nearby hub centers: New Brighton Community Outreach Center, Hawley Center, Rochester Center, and Fairmont Center
- Wednesdays from 6:00pm - 9:00pm at the Mounds View Center for Dental Health
- Care provided by the School of Dentistry student volunteers under the supervision of their faculty
