Helps people who are older learn work skills, participate in job training and get a job MORE INFORMATION The Senior Community Service Employment Program (SCSEP) helps people get on-the-job training and work experience through paid community service assignments. This program is ideal for:
  • Retirees who wish to return to work part time
  • Widowed individuals who have little recent work experience
  • Older adults who are unemployed and who wish to learn new skills
