Persons 65 years and over living in southeast Minneapolis in the neighborhoods of Como, Dinkytown, Marcy-Holmes, Mid-City Industrial, Nicollet Island/East Bank, Prospect Park, and University, largely defined by zip code 55414. Please look at the service area map to determine eligibility.
