All ride requests are subject to availability and it is recommended to call 2 - 3 days in advance. Reservations can be scheduled up to 7 calendar days in advance by calling (651) 602-5465
Medical Assistance: Review the website for reimbursement information. Dial-a-Ride: Rates vary based on time of day. Riders pay at pick up. Drivers cannot make change, so please bring the correct fare.

MORE INFORMATION The SmartLink Transit program offers Dial-A-Ride, Medical Assistance and a Volunteer Driver Program. The Dial-a-Ride program is a shared-ride transit service. Rides are available through a reservation only. * All buses are equipped with wheelchair lifts * By request, the driver can assist you to/from the outside door of a rider's home to the first door of the destination * Passengers needing supervision or assistance must bring their own worker to assist them * Evening and weekend service available in Scott County only The Hop Scott Volunteer Driver Program provides rides to ambulatory passengers to medical or other appointments.
