DESCRIPTION: Program where staff or volunteers interact with people who live on the street, build relationships, try to identify immediate needs and provide information about longer-term support services. MORE INFORMATION Extends resources and services to youth who are at-risk of homelessness, who are currently homeless or experiencing sexual exploitation Services include: * Relationship building * Crisis intervention * Basic needs supplies * Connection to long-term services
