Eligibility

Permanent Supportive Housing: County-funded housing supports rooms for single adults who have experienced homelessness. You must be referred by a case manager, outreach worker or other professional. Scattered Site Housing Support: If you are a Hennepin County resident or transferring from a Housing Support facility in another county, you can be placed in apartments throughout the county. You must meet the state's long-term homeless definition to qualify for funding. Landlords/property managers each set their own screening criteria for tenants, so a variety of housing histories and criminal backgrounds can be considered.
