A rehabilitation agency is an agency that provides a combination of treatment and education services to restore maximum functioning, a sense of well-being, and a personally satisfying level of independence for people who have temporary or permanent disabilities. At a minimum, a rehabilitation agency must provide:
  • Physical therapy or speech pathology services
  • A rehabilitation program with social or vocational adjustment services
This provider is a Medicare Certified Outpatient Physical Therapy or Outpatient Speech Pathology or Outpatient Occupational Therapy provider and is subject to periodic inspection by the Minnesota Department of Health. MORE INFORMATION Experienced pediatric therapists partner with families to help children gain new skills and overcome obstacles. If a child requires more than one type of therapy, therapists will work together to provide an integrated treatment plan. Offering the following Pediatric Therapies:
  • Feeding Therapy - Treatment for children with feeding disturbances
