MORE INFORMATION Meals to Go is a convenient frozen meal shipment service that provides nutritious homestyle meals created by a registered dietician. The menu includes diabetic friendly, low-sodium and vegetarian options. Place your order online, and the meals arrive within 3-5 business days. Veterans may qualify for Lutheran Social Service (LSS) Meals through the Casework, Outreach, Referral and Education (CORE) program, a partnership with the Minnesota Department of Veterans Affairs. Alternative Care, Elderly Waivers and Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) are accepted.
