Eligibility:
- Single mothers
- Have dependent children under the age of 8
- Commitment to pursuing a college degree or diploma
- Currently residing within commuting distance of a campus
- Adhere to the handbook and resident manual
- Participation in coaching sessions
- Pay up to 30% of income for monthly rent

Fees
There are no fees set up for program services such as support and personal development programs. Campus housing costs residents 1/3 of their income.

Housing for people with low income, who are homeless or at risk of homelessness, that includes coordination of other services for residents. The coordination professional can help residents identify resources, navigate systems or help with applying to additional programs.
