Open to all Maplewood residents and residents of the East Side of St. Paul in Merrick's service area. Please call (651) 287-2088 for eligibility questions.

8:00am - 5:30pm, Monday - Thursday

Application process

Drive through hours (Door 3): 3:00pm - 5:00pm, Monday 10:00am-Noon, Tuesday and Wednesday
