8:00am - 4:00pm, Monday - Thursday

Application process

Staff will complete an intake interview over the phone to make sure that new patients qualify for services. New patients (or their guardians) will receive a packet in the mail with forms to complete and return. Once the clinic has received the paperwork, staff can schedule an appointment.

Fees

Most insurance plans are accepted. Patients enrolled in a Minnesota Health Care Program, including MinnesotaCare and medical assistance, are also eligible.

These are public clinics that are owned and staffed by the State of Minnesota. Provides: * Examinations * Cleanings * X-rays * Fluoride treatments * Fillings * Extractions * Root canals * Partials and dentures * Hospital dentistry
