Non-governmental energy assistance program that helps pay for home utilities, such as natural gas, oil, propane or electricity MORE INFORMATION The HeatShare program provides emergency utility assistance once a shut-off notice has been received. The Gas Affordability Program (GAP) provides qualifying customers of Minnesota utility companies with gas bill assistance. These programs are used by: * Low-income seniors * Disabled people unable to maintain a steady income * Anybody experiencing an unexpected financial emergency
