A community clinic that is state-certified to offer comprehensive, person-centered and family-centered, trauma-informed, evidence-based behavioral health and substance use disorder services in an integrated, one-stop-shop model.
Provides a variety of services to children and adults with complex mental health and substance use disorders so that they do not have to piece together care across multiple providers, increasing the likelihood that care is received before a person enters into a crisis.
