Provides services and referrals to support clients in crisis situations. Clients work with program navigators to find the support they need.
Services include:
- Internal referrals to NorthPoint's behavioral health, medical care, or dental services
- Finding community resources for clothing, furniture, crime victim support, and parenting education
- Referrals and information about local food shelves
- Finding resources for medical co-pays
- Acting as an intermediary for legal services, domestic abuse, and language interpretation
- Basic advocacy for utility, housing, or other social services
