Transportation is available 24/7. Please call at least one day in advance to schedule your appointment.

Fees

Minnesota Senior Health Options (MSHO), Prepaid Medical Assistance Plans (PMAP), and Medical Assistance insurance options are accepted in addition to private pay.

  • Door-to-door assistance
Drivers are able to come to your residential room and help you to the vehicle. They are also able to wait while you are at your appointment and then take you back home. Family members are welcome to ride along as well.
