Transportation program that provides rides for people in and around their community. Learn more about transportation costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Special Transportation Service services include: * Local or long distance transportation * Stretcher transport (an additional attendant is required) * Door-to-door assistance Drivers are able to come to your residential room and help you to the vehicle. They are also able to wait while you are at your appointment and then take you back home. Family members are welcome to ride along as well.
