Therapists offer mental health counseling to help resolve behavioral, emotional or social problems Mental health services may include: * Family Therapy * Group Therapy * Individual Therapy * Mental health evaluation MORE INFORMATION Provides counseling, education and support for seniors and their families. The therapist comes to your home to provide services throughout the Twin Cities Metro and surrounding areas. Services include: * Counseling - Individual, couple or family sessions on a range of topics, such as depression, anxiety, grief, illness, and caregiving * Education - Presentations available on topics related to seniors, such as caregiving, depression, isolation, and dementia * Support - Support groups for spouse loss grief * Advance Care Planning - Assistance with discussing a plan for future health care decisions They offer a free 15-minute phone consultation for new clients. Does not offer crisis services.
