A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION SPARK! Art and Nature is a support group for people living with memory loss and their care partners. Meets on the 2nd Thursday of the month from 10:00am - 11:00am at Silverwood Park. The program is mostly outdoors, weather permitting.
