Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. Learn more about case management costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Provides culturally sensitive case management to meet the needs of American Indian families who are at risk for involvement with the child welfare system due to lack of access to resources, information or skills. The Indian Family Stability program is provided for up to six months to help families get stabilized.
