Greater Nokomis area of the city of Minneapolis. In-home health care management and transportation services are only available to residents in the following neighborhoods: Bancroft, Bryant, Corcoran, Diamond Lake, Ericsson, Field, Hale, Keewaydin, Minnehaha, Morris Park, Northrup, Page, Regina, Standish, and Wenonah.
