Eligibility
Patients must:
  • Be diagnosed with a covered disease and program must be accepting enrollments
  • Have a social security number and receive treatment in the United States
  • Have valid insurance coverage
  • Be seeking assistance for a prescribed medication that is Food and Drug Administration (FDA) approved to treat the covered diagnosis
  • Meet income program guidelines

8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday - Friday

  • Free / no cost to eligible clients
Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care. MORE INFORMATION Helps qualifying patients with out-of-pocket costs related to medications for chronic disease, cancer, or other life-altering conditions. Service programs include:
  • Diagnostic testing assistance
  • Co-pay assistance
  • Premium assistance, for monthly medical insurance premiums
  • Travel assistance, including help to arrange lodging and flights
