8:00am - 5:00pm, Monday, Wednesday and Friday 8:00am - 8:00pm, Tuesday 9:00am - 8:00pm, Thursday 8:00am - 12:00pm, Every other Saturday

Most insurance plans are accepted including Medical Assistance, Medicare, MinnesotaCare, HealthPartners, UCare, BlueCrossBlueShield/BluePlus, Medica Choice, Metropolitan Health Plan, PreferredOne and other private insurance. A sliding fee is offered to people without insurance.
