The Kinship Navigator Program assists families caring for children who are not their own, like grandparents, aunts, uncles, and close family friends, to help these individuals and families succeed. Navigators help families connect to local supports and services, including: * Getting assistance with everyday needs like housing, child care, food, health and transportation * Maintaining financial stability * Discovering emotional and community support networks MORE INFORMATION Offers support and referrals for: * Legal information * Financial aid * Healthcare * Education * Housing * Caregiving strategies Also offers a Kinship Care Support Group, 5:30pm - 7:00pm, 1st and 3rd Thursday of each month.
