Eligibility
Men and women, 50 and up with a drug or alcohol use disorder, who are physically and mentally stable
Fees
Scholarships are available to those who may otherwise be unable to afford treatment. Does not accept medicare. Sliding fee scale.
Site Service Area

Washington County, MN and St. Croix County, WI Based in Stillwater and will provide rides to anyone within a fifteen mile radius, but all are welcome.

This program complements traditional rehab treatment programs. They assist their clients before, during and after treatment, and make referrals for a higher level of care as needed. Transportation is also available for those living within a 15 mile radius of the Lake Elmo area.
