Structured non-clinical, community based recovery program for seniors * Based on the 12-Step Recovery Program * Offers strategies to handle emotional issues such as loneliness, depress and grief This program complements traditional rehab treatment programs. They assist their clients before, during and after treatment, and make referrals for a higher level of care as needed. Transportation is also available for those living within a 15 mile radius of the Lake Elmo area.
