A program that helps individuals with drug or alcohol addiction. They assess a client's needs, develop planned interventions, provide services to help reduce or stop the substance use, coordinate services with other providers, and reassess the client on a regular basis. This program is licensed for Substance Use Disorder Treatment by the Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) under MN statute 245G. MORE INFORMATION Treats people with substance use disorder, their families, and their significant others. These services are available on both a residential or outpatient basis. The outpatient programs are available during the day or in the evening. This program treats primarily adults. Each client has a treatment and aftercare plan directed toward their specific needs. Includes:
