Provides financial help to people with a health condition or disability so that they can pay medical bills or other expenses related to health care. MORE INFORMATION May provide help with:
  • Medication financial assistance for those without insurance
  • Financial assistance for sudden death
  • Youth drug treatment assistance
  • Youth mental health assistance
