You need file an application and get a rider card before you can book a ride.
Call to schedule a ride.
Reservations should be made at least one day prior to when the ride is needed and can be made up to 8 days in advance. Same day reservations will be accommodated as space allows.

The Paratransit program provides transportation for those who need assistance to travel on the MATBUS fixed route busses. Those who are certified as paratransit eligible under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) may use this service.
