Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. MORE INFORMATION Provides resources and support to Native Americans who are homeless or need help preventing homelessness by providing: * Housing search resources * Tenant education * Landlord mediation, education, and engagement * Help with managing finances, budgeting, and applying for assistance programs * Legal assistance * Employment training and support * Life skills training/coaching * Mental health and chemical dependency services * Connections to community resources
