Overeaters Anonymous

A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. MORE INFORMATION Overeaters Anonymous (OA) is a Twelve Step community support program in order to recover from compulsive eating and food behaviors. OA is not just about weight loss, weight gain or maintenance, or obesity or diets. It addresses physical, emotional and spiritual well-being. It is not a religious organization and does not promote any particular diet. Current meeting locations are listed online.
