Provides housing and supportive services to individuals and families who are homeless or in need of safe housing. Transitional housing helps people live independently, address issues that led to homelessness or kept them homeless, rebuild their support network and transition into permanent housing. The length of time a person can use the program is limited. MORE INFORMATION Catholic Charities Transitional Housing for women with children and single women are voluntary programs.
  • Homeward Transitional Housing is a temporary, service enriched, transitional housing program designed for mothers 18 - 24 years of age and their children.
  • Emily's Place assists single women experiencing homelessness find permanent housing. Residents may stay for up to 24 months.
  • Domus Transitional Housing provides a temporary home and support services for adult mothers 18 and older with custody of their children ages 0 - 12.
  • Youth House provides homeless teens, age 18 - 24, housing for up to 24 months, teens will learn how to manage a budget, buy groceries, cook,and search for a job.
