Eligibility

For individuals who have chosen to abstain, or are considering abstinence from any type of addiction or addictive behaviors, including, but not limited to: drug abuse, substance abuse, alcohol abuse, tobacco addiction, eating disorders, gambling addiction, sex addiction, prescription drug abuse, and problem addiction to other substances and activities
