DESCRIPTION: A group of people that meet on a regular basis to share their experiences and provide mutual support. Provides memory loss events: * Monday programs and socialization from 9:00am - 11:00am and 1:00pm - 2:30pm * Wednesday programs from 1:00pm - 2:30pm * Caregivers Memory care cafe for persons experiencing mild to moderate memory loss and their caregivers from 1:00pm - 2:30pm on the 4th Wednesday of the month * Young Onset Dementia Support Group meets the 2nd and 4th Monday at 6:30pm * Sing From Your Heart Chorus from 1:00pm - 3:00pm on Thursdays for those persons with memory loss and their caregivers
