Eligibility
Seniors must:
* Be 60 years or older
* Have a medical or dental appointment that is reachable within a one-day round trip
Hours
8:00am - 4:30pm, Monday - Thursday
8:00am - 3:00pm, Friday
Application process
Call at least 48 - 72 hours, preferably even earlier, before scheduled appointment.
Fees
Client contributions are encouraged, but not required.
