MORE INFORMATION The Technology for Home project offers person centered assistive technology consultation and technical assistance so people with disabilities can live independently. Services include: * Consultation to assess needs * Connection to resources * Follow up services This program does not provide funding for the assistive technology. Services are funded by a Minnesota Department of Human Services (DHS) Disability Services Division Technology for Home grant. Through a Dementia Grant project, LiveLife Therapy Solutions also offers: * Lending assistive technology devices * Education on the use of assistive technology devices
