Case managers help people to plan, access, evaluate and coordinate services from their service providers. Plans are customized to each person's own needs and preferences. Learn more about case management costs that are covered through waivers in the Community-Based Service Manual. MORE INFORMATION Support includes: * Referrals to clinics, mental health providers, legal services, English classes * Assistance with basic needs, such as housing, furniture, household items, food, clothing, employment * Free and confidential testing for individuals who are at risk for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) infection * HIV counseling and referral * Translation and interpreting assistance * Culturally and linguistically appropriate HIV-educational materials * Transportation
