DESCRIPTION: People who meet the age requirements may rent a private apartment/townhome at market rate. The market rate of senior apartments is determined by the realty market. The rent is not subsidized by the government or other agencies. Senior housing is provided in a secure environment which may offer social events with the other residents and may have a communal dining facility. MORE INFORMATION Options include 1 bedroom, 1 bedroom plus den, and 2 bedroom. Amenities included in rent: * All utilities (heat, air-conditioning, electric, water, sewer and trash pick-up) * Continental breakfast 7 days per week * 24/7 emergency call system * Health and wellness program * Social programs and events * Apartment and building maintenance * Month-to-month lease agreement * Controlled entrance * Smoke-free environment * Daily afternoon coffee and cookies * Pets are welcome (some restrictions apply) * Laundry in each apartment * Scheduled transportation to shopping and outings * Apartment building fire/smoke detector and sprinkler system * Snow removal and lawn service Additional a la carte services also available.
