Support groups may include:
- Family Support Group: A peer-facilitated group designed to support family members who have a loved one diagnosed with a mental illness
- Connection Support Group: A peer-based support group led by trained facilitators for individuals facing the challenges of recovering from any serious mental illness
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills class
- Peer support services
- Dual Diagnosis Support Group: Offers a forum for people who have a substance use disorder as well as a mental illness to address the challenges and issues specific to them in an understanding, inclusive atmosphere
