Eligibility

Eligibility will include enrolled members of any recognized tribe aged 55-59 years or over within the program service area. Eligibility will include spouse, handicapped or disabled individual in the same household of the eligible participant who accompany participant to a congregate site. Proof of age and proof of residency requested

Application process

Meals are offered 11:00am - 12:30pm, Monday - Friday Register for the first visit. No need to call ahead after that.
